666cx Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "666cx", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the operator of the 666cx platform, operating at https://666cx.pro under international gaming license authorization.
• "Platform" — refers to the 666cx website, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised interfaces, and any software made available by 666cx for the purpose of accessing gaming and betting services.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who has registered a 666cx account or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration, used to access the Platform's services.
• "Real Money Balance" — funds deposited by the Player and available for wagering or withdrawal, distinct from Bonus Balance.
• "Bonus Balance" — promotional credits granted by 666cx subject to wagering requirements and the conditions set out in Section 7.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures required under international gaming license obligations and anti-money laundering compliance standards.
• "Sporting Event" — any cricket match, PSL fixture, football game, or other sporting contest on which 666cx offers betting markets.
• "Game" — any casino product offered on the Platform including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, Monster Dice, and other digital gaming products.

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the 666cx Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific Game or Promotion rules published on the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 666cx. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing the Platform and close your Account.

666cx reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time in accordance with Section 14. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an Account with 666cx, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 666cx enforces a strict minimum age of 21 and requires documentary proof of age prior to processing any withdrawal.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any other person or entity.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or agent of 666cx, or an immediate family member of any such individual.
• You have not previously had an Account closed or suspended by 666cx for violation of these Terms.
• You are not subject to any legal prohibition that would make your participation in online gaming or sports betting unlawful under applicable laws.
• You have provided accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and will continue to keep your account information current and accurate.

666cx reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify compliance with eligibility requirements. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by 666cx support may result in Account suspension until verification is complete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

You agree to notify 666cx immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account, any loss or theft of your credentials, or any security breach affecting your Account.

• You must keep your registered email address, mobile number, and payment method details current and accurate at all times.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you, except where 666cx is found to have acted negligently.
• You must not use your Account for any commercial purpose, including operating as a betting agent on behalf of third parties.
• You must not allow any person under the age of 21 to access the Platform through your Account or device.
• Account balances may not be transferred between players, sold, auctioned, or assigned to any third party.

Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or wagering activity) for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. 666cx will notify the registered email address before applying any dormancy administration fee, as published in the Platform's fee schedule.

666cx accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, 1LINK, Bank Alfalah, MCB Bank, Sadapay, Retail Cash, and USDT. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are published in the Platform's cashier section and are subject to change.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. 666cx does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances.
• Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your Account within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day depending on your financial institution.
• 666cx does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. 666cx accepts no liability for such third-party fees.
• 666cx reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits that trigger AML review thresholds under the Platform's compliance programme.

Players may request a withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this Section and completion of KYC verification. Bonus Balance is not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met in accordance with Section 7.

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible.
• 666cx targets same-day processing for standard withdrawal requests submitted before the daily processing cut-off time published in the cashier section.
• First-time withdrawals on an Account require completion of full KYC verification, including government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership.
• 666cx reserves the right to delay processing of withdrawals pending KYC review, AML screening, or investigation of suspected Terms violations, for a period not exceeding 30 days unless extended by legal or regulatory obligation.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are published in the cashier section. Withdrawal requests below the published minimum will not be processed until the balance reaches the required threshold.
• In the event of a technical error, game malfunction, or manifest pricing error that contributed to a withdrawal request, 666cx reserves the right to void and reverse such withdrawal pending investigation and correction.

From time to time, 666cx offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All promotions are subject to these general Terms and to any specific promotion terms published alongside the individual offer.

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Balance and must be wagered the specified number of times before any derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Not all Games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game-specific contribution rates are published in the promotions section of the Platform.
• Bets placed at minimum odds below the threshold specified in individual promotion terms do not count toward wagering requirements.
• Bonuses carry an expiry period. Bonus Balance and associated winnings that have not been fully wagered within the stated expiry period will be removed from the Account without compensation.
• 666cx reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time where there is evidence of abuse, technical error, or where continuation of the promotion would be contrary to the Platform's responsible gaming obligations.

All bets placed on the 666cx Platform are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant Sporting Event or Game. These rules are accessible within each product section of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• All bets are accepted at 666cx's absolute discretion. 666cx reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet without prior notice and without being required to provide a reason.
• Once a bet is confirmed by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player except where an in-play cash-out feature is specifically offered and available for that market.
• In the event of a Sporting Event being postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the rules published for that sport or event type in the Platform's sportsbook rules section.
• Casino Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software that has been independently tested and certified. 666cx makes no warranty that any particular outcome will occur and accepts no liability for losses arising from normal game variance.
• In the event of a Game malfunction or technical error during a live casino session or slot spin, the affected round will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Account. 666cx accepts no further liability beyond stake return in such circumstances.
• 666cx reserves the right to set individual betting limits, maximum win caps, and maximum stake levels on any market or Game, which may vary by player account and are subject to change without notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 666cx Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC verification, or ongoing Account maintenance.
• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether directly or indirectly through a third party.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or any algorithmic tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit any game or pricing mechanism.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit multi-player game mechanics.
• Knowingly exploiting any software error, pricing anomaly, or technical vulnerability. Any winnings derived from exploitation of a platform error are void and may be recovered from Account balances.
• Engaging in or facilitating match fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports integrity violation.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid AML reporting requirements, or any other activity that would constitute a financial crime under applicable law.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit transaction after the deposited funds have been wagered, in whole or in part.
• Accessing the Platform through a VPN, proxy, or any other technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic or account-level restrictions.

All content on the 666cx Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, user interface design, graphics, logos, trademarks, game assets, text, and data compilations, is the exclusive intellectual property of 666cx or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written authorisation from 666cx.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any Platform software or content.
• Use the 666cx brand, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context or in a manner that could cause confusion or damage to the 666cx brand.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website without express written consent.

Any unauthorised use of Platform intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your Account and may give rise to legal proceedings for damages and injunctive relief.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 666cx's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the Platform, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

666cx expressly excludes all liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of Platform services caused by circumstances beyond 666cx's reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events, internet outages, governmental action, or third-party service provider failures.
• Any delay or failure in processing deposits or withdrawals attributable to your payment provider or the interbank settlement system.
• The conduct of any third-party game provider whose products are offered on the Platform.
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury arising from 666cx's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

666cx is committed to maintaining a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we have a duty to provide meaningful tools and resources to support player welfare.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account at any time. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out of the Platform.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic on-screen reminders of time spent and amounts wagered during a session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, the Account is suspended and all marketing communications are ceased immediately.
• Cool-Off Periods: Players may request a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, during which they cannot access their Account.

666cx reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Account is being used for prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.
• Continuation of the Account would expose 666cx to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• The Player has provided false or fraudulent information at any stage.
• The Player has initiated a chargeback or payment dispute in bad faith.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, 666cx will endeavour to complete its investigation within 30 days and communicate its findings to the Player via the registered email address. Where closure is confirmed following investigation, any remaining Real Money Balance (after deduction of amounts subject to dispute or forfeiture) will be returned to the verified payment method on record.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by contacting 666cx support. Voluntary closure does not affect any outstanding wagering obligations or pending withdrawal requests.

666cx reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, 666cx will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by email to the registered address on each affected Account before the revised Terms take effect.

For non-material amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing policy, or updates required to reflect changes in applicable law — revised Terms may take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform.

The effective date displayed at the top of this document will be updated each time a revised version is published. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact [email protected] to close your Account before the revised Terms take effect.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the international gaming license under which 666cx operates. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your Account, or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact 666cx through the formal complaints procedure set out in Section 16. 666cx will make good-faith efforts to resolve all disputes within 30 days of receiving a formal complaint.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, it shall be referred to binding arbitration administered by an independent dispute resolution body recognised by the applicable gaming license authority. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
